WARRANTY & CARE
Our limited warranty covers defects in material or workmanship up to 24 months from date of purchase. In the rare event that you encounter a problem, you can return your watch to us for repair or replacement.
RECOMMENDED CARE
Clean with a soft dry cloth. Leather stained by cleaning is not covered under our warranty. Protect your watch from harmful, corrosive or abrasive solutions such as detergents, oils, cosmetics and alcohols.

After your payment is verified, it may take up to 24 hours to process and ship your order. This does not include weekends or holidays. Please refer to chart below for times. Purchases made after 3 pm EST will not be shipped out until the next business day. If you order after 3 pm EST on a Friday your order will likely be shipped out on the following Monday

Returns
Any brand new product can be returned for a full refund or store credit within 60 days of delivery. We offer free and easy returns for all domestic and international orders over $100 USD. Please contact Customer Support to schedule the return and receive a prepaid return label. Expedited shipping charges are non-refundable.
